Price reduced must sell asap!!!! This is a 14*70 shingled roof v. siding, new flooring in most rooms however the master bath needs flooring re-done, this is in fair shape but is in need of some work. We did put in dry-wall in most of the house and a real house door the kitchen cabnets are for a real house also, they are white oak.
