February Break President's week in warm weather. 2 bedroom oceanfront unit sleeps 6. Unit 302C lockout use half rent half. Studio rents for 1200 that week. I have rented it every year pays for main. fees and I enjoy key West Walk to duval then relax oceanside. Snorkel, swim, kayak out your backdoor. Beautiful views great resort! Coconut Beach Resort
