Large one bedroom apt in a small complex south of Mount Pleasant. Lease would begin January 1 run till end of May but could be extended through the landlord. All utilities including internet and cable are included, you only pay consumers (about $40/month). Very well kept, laundry on site, nicest landlords ever met. Quiet surroundings and a good mix of college and early professionals. I am graduating in December so I can be moved out after December 12th. One time refundable security deposit required.
