I am looking into moving into a 1 bedroom apartment and need to have my 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment subleased asap. This is for the apartment as a whole as the 2 current tenants are going to be moving out. Our lease ends at the beginning of May 2010. There are vaulted ceilings and nice spacious closets and bathrooms. Washer and dryer in every unit. All you are responsible for paying is electricity. Water, heat and heating water are all included in the rent. If I get contacted by November 15th I will pay $100 towards your first months rent. There is also no pet fee for any incoming pets.
