PLEASE HELP! Rent is 370 yet you can pay by the semester (if you take this lease over for me we can work something out in your favor financially!) I'm hoping to move to Saginaw to be more a part of my band and my room needs to be subleased. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd floor apartment at Tallgrass. New Carpet in the apartment itself and my current roommate Ben is a chill, clean guy(not a tool). It's the bigger of the two rooms and you'll have your own bathroom! The lease is up May 8, 2010 and we can schedule a move in date to your convenience (December before we leave for break or right when you return in January) Consumers Energy is in my name and DTE Energy is in Ben's so if you're interested we'll put your name under Consumers or you can pay me, either way is good.
