There are several rent options, with varying degrees of savings depending on payment frequency/lump sum, with monthly starting at $335 (an extra $15 is added if the monthly rent option is chosen). The apartment itself is an awesome place to live. Storage closet, master bedroom w/ walk-in closet, full bathroom.... Second bedroom is still a great size with a closet and bathroom just around the corner. Kitchen has lots of counter space and LOTS of cupboard space along with an island (which includes outlets AND ethernet connection).... Dishwasher and garbage disposal included, of course.

Also, the apartment has a washer and dryer which is amazing.... And a decent sized living room... Also since the apartment is located upstairs, you get a nice little balcony with sliding glass doors.
We loved living here. The apartment was perfect for a couple but it would also work well for 2 roommates to share and each have their own personal bathroom... Split in half, rent is only about $363.

The only utilities you need to pay for are gas and electric, both of which have been extremely cheap for us. I don't think either bill has been more than $20. Free high speed Internet and cable are included.

The apartment is a great place to live. We never had to worry about parking or partying or cops or any drama that you might find at other apartment complexes... In addition, the landlord is very nice and friendly and you can actually get ahold of him when you need to!

I just got accepted to a school in chicago, and I need someone to take over my lease until August 2010.
