Shift: 1st Shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team in Harrison, MI. This role involves performing a variety of manual labor tasks under direct supervision. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general manual labor tasks as assigned
Lift, carry, and move materials safely
Load and unload trucks and equipment
Dig and refill holes as needed
Assist with grounds maintenance, including mowing grass and trimming
Operate basic equipment when required
Support team members in various tasks and projects
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
Previous labor or construction experience is a plus but not required
