4-6 Hamsters left, a couple have been spoken for, but if they dont show or can't take one I'll save your name.
PLEASE BEWARE, they carry the anopthalmic gene so they CAN NOT be bred. They were rescues that came to me pregnant, but due to unknown genetics and the possibility that more can be born very sickly. I have one from this litter that I am keeping, but luckily the rest dont have a double dose of the gene, but still carry it if bred. This does not affect the babies themselves only the one unlucky one, the others will never be affected, but if bred their children could be. I can explain this more in depth if you'd like to know more, just ask.
These guys are free, but I'm being extremely picky as to who gets them. I dont mind first time owners, just please do your research on Syrian Hamsters. If I suspect it's going to be used as snake food you will also not be getting one. My stipulations are as follows, do not breed them, If you need to rehome them, I would like first shot at getting them back, and I must believe you've done significant enough research to care for these guys. The parents were very neglected and I dont want to have to rescue anymore critically ill rodents.
I can meet in Prudenville or Houghton Lake. I will also meet in nearby towns, but you'll have to pay gas money. They are not ready until later July or early August, but please contact me now as I am holding them for people who are 100% sure they want one.
*Please note If you are an animal flipper, hamsters are selling at about 10 dollars in the pet store, dont waste your time.*
Edit #1- The dark brown one is a female, sexes were confirmed 6/22, all others are correct.
#2- All males have been spoken for. 3 possibly 4 females still available, two goldens, dark brown, and possibly the grey.
