Available July 10th, maybe sooner depending on when my current roommate moves out.

Rent will be approximately $450.00 per month (I have not signed the new lease yet so I don’t know the exact amount). Rent includes everything except internet/tv. I do not have tv.

No pets, no parties, no smoking anything inside. Vaping is ok and I vape.

I am an older male and I pretty much keep to myself when I’m home. I do not have much company over and get up early for work a few days a week.

I did not furnish the living room so there is plenty of room for your furniture if needed.

My roommate can be male or female a student or not just be clean and quiet.

You must also be approved by the office here at Timber Creek as well and they do have an application fee.
