24 foot trailer built as mobile shop. 8'1" inside finished width. 7' 7" high inside at eaves. Approximately 8' 8" high outside at center. counters and cabinets entire left side and front. Adjustable equipment tie-downs. Generator/Compressor cabinet opening to outside. 110 V outlets above counters and on outside right rear. Circuit breaker panel capable of accommodating 220 V single phase circuit. fully paneled, sides and top. 20-foot long roll-out awning right side to shelter outside work. Drafting table included for job layout and detailing. Two 5200 lb. axles, both with brakes. Tires essentially new. Includes load leveling anti-sway hitch.
Towed less than 300 miles. Always stored inside. Quoted $32000-$34000 for trailer similarly equipped.
